The Daviess County Health Department is committed to ensuring

that sanitary food practices are being conducted by all county food

establishments serving the general public.  Through conducting

periodic inspections of facilities throughout the county to ensure that

they are upholding the sanitation requirements as set forth in

Indiana’s Title 410 IAC 7-24

The Daviess County Food Safety Services Staff are available

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to assist Daviess County

Residents in obtaining information regarding sanitary food requirements and

concerns, including Food Establishment Permits.
