Schedule of H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinics

Provided for Daviess County Residents – Be Prepared to Show Valid
Identification**
There is NO FEE for H1N1
Vaccines administered at Clinics conducted by the Daviess County Health
Department
H1N1 Vaccines
Are Available for Children (up to age 19) at the regularly scheduled child
immunization clinics
All Children Under the Age of 10 Should
Receive a Second Dose of H1N1 Vaccine 28 Days (or Longer) After Receiving Their
First Dose
H1N1 Vaccines are temporarily available for
ALL AGES
at the regularly scheduled child immunization clinics
